① Mixer
●It consists of mix tank & storage tank, pump and filter.
●Adopts food grade 304 stainless steel

② Baking oven

③Sheet receiver
●It automatically demolds and receives the fresh wafer sheets from the oven by synchronizing transmission of Baking oven and transfer them to the cooling tower

④Cooling tower
●provides natural air cooling for wafer sheet before going to cream spreading, lower temperature prevents wafer sheets become crunchy, avoid damage in the process of creaming
●Conveyor chain runs in the same pace with wafer baking oven, shortens the transportation distance, extend the period of air cooling.Bridge design is convenient for production workers to walk through
