PY-SL Swiss Roll Layer Cake Making Machine

It’s designed for making swiss roll and layer cake without using molds. The size & flavor of the swiss roll & layer cake is adjustable according to customers’ detailed requirements.

It is full controlled by computer with frequency conversion,light,electricity, gas.It makes the operation convenient,energy saving,and make sure the food is clean and with long quality guarantee period.

Work Flow: wipe oil on the steel belt of the baking oven, then deposit the slurry on the steel belt, go to baking oven, then turn over and cooling, horizontal strip cutting, cream spreading, rolling & forming, vertical cutting, packing.

    ① Air Mixer

    ●It adopts aerate mixing technology which can get much puffy slurry & better taste

    ●PLC integrate control mixing system

    ●Equip with simple & removable cleaning unit

    ●With hot air recycle technology, stable temperature no dead corner, keep the baking color uniform

    ●Inside the oven equipped with moisture damper which can control the moisture percentage in the oven
