PY-SHB Automatic biscuit production line is the matured advanced equipment, which can produce soft biscuit, hard biscuit, soda biscuit, sandwich biscuit. It consists of dough mixer, dough sheet cutting off device, laminate machine, sheeting machine, sugar sprinkle machine, tunnel baking oven, oil spray machine, cooling convey, packing machine.
Different Options
Make hard biscuit, need 4 sheeting roller and hard biscuit forming machine
Make soda biscuit, need add laminate machine

① Dough Mixer

② Dough tilt
●It is used to tilt the dough into the cut off machine from dough mixer

④Dough lift
●It automatically lift the dough from cut off device into next laminate process

⑤Dough laminate
●It’s for laminating the dough layer by layer for better dough texture
●Frequency invert control with more accuracy

●Drive rollers adopt 20# high quality seamless tube with rubber outside
●300mm dia enter roller of 1 grooved roller and 2 material feeding roller
●4 dough pressing rollers, each of the pressing rollers ID is 230mm
●Equip with crisp & adopt slice type with evenly spray
●Can make different layers from 8-16 layers

⑥ Dough sheeting machine
●It is used to sheeting the dough into thin layer
●Adopts advanced frequency converter step-less speed regulation, stable speed and energy saving
●The conveyor belt uses food grade circular PU belt, easy to clean, meet food hygiene requirement
●Adopt air pressure automatic tension device, use an automatic rectification device of a conveyor belt
●Each unit can be separately controlled & can be controlled together
●The thickness of the dough is adjusted by roller lift, adjustment will be precise and easy
●Use stainless steel & easy for cleaning
⑦Hard biscuit forming machine
● It is used for forming the hard biscuit
●The gap between rubber roller & biscuit mold is easy to adjust
●The same pressure of the two ends of rubber roller ensure the evenly biscuit forming
●Print & cutting roller can be adjusted easily to improve the biscuit taste
●Different biscuit shape mold are available & easy to change

⑧Soft biscuit forming machine
●It is applied for forming the soft biscuit
●Adopt Ф400 rubber roller & Ф248 mold diameter & Ф248Material enter roller
●Frequency invert control with back board reduction drive
●Pressure of rubber roller is easy to adjust & also for scrap
●Material hoop is easy to flip & combined
●Convey belt is easy to change & drive roller is easy to disassemble
●Adopt pneumatic deviation rectify
⑨Enter oven convey
●It is used for conveying biscuits into tunnel baking oven
●Side plate use Q235 carbon steel with18mm thickness
●Transmission frame plate adopts Q235 carbon steel with 15mm thickness
●Transmission roller diameter: Ø215, coated with non-toxic oil resistant rubber
●Conveyor belt is PU belt, 1.5mm in thickness
●Conveyor belt adopts pneumatic tension and deviation adjustment
●Main drive adopts chain drive & No hygiene blind angle structure
●Nice overall cable arrangement, the cable channel adopts aluminum alloy
