① Rice steeping
●Adopt stainless steel, thickness is1.5 mm, 2 mm
●The material in and out of bucket interface adopts stainless steel
●Bucket and bucket inlet and outlet water connecting pipe use stainless steel tube and specification is Dg50. Dg100
●Artificial put into the steeping rice, and poured out rice is manually controlled by gate valves,250kg steeping rice per bucket.
●The time of steeping rice, according to local climate temperature, the quality of rice, generally for 8-10 hours

② Rice convey
●It adopts stainless steel
●Reasonable structure design & easy to use
●Food grade PU material convey belt
③Rice milling machine
●It’s for milling the rice into powder form.
●Frame materials used the carbon steel, wallboard material is cast iron
●Roll materials use nickel chrome molybdenum alloy centrifugal casting, roller body surface hardness resistant
●The platform, feeder hopper and outlet hopper are stainless steel

④ Steam cooking machine
●Chassis adopts carbon steel
●The shell of seam pan, extrusion machine, screw and mixing blades adopts the stainless steel
●Steam pan stirring speed is 45 Turn/min
●Adopts step-less variable frequency speed regulation
⑤Extrusion machine
● Support materials using the A3, screw material adopt stainless steel
●All of the shell and screw-case material adopts stainless steel

⑥Rice dough convey
●Materials are made of stainless steel (304 for 2 mm thickness)

●Side plate of dryer: Color steel isolated board
●The 1st layer wire meshes materials are stainless steel 304 covered &Teflon on surface
●2nd~8th layer wire mesh material: Carbon steel
●Working temperature: <95℃
●Speed is adjustable by frequency inverter

⑩Second dryer
●It’s for second drying the rice biscuit
●Adopt carbon steel as material
●Working temperature: ≤85℃
●Heating source is steam
⑪Stacking machine
●All of the material adopts stainless steel
●The conveyor belt with food grade PVC materials
●Straw speed: frequency step-less speed regulation
●The mouthpiece row speed: 9 row Arrange pieces number: 4 or 5 pieces

⑫Puff baking ovene
●Bracket and Roller material are carbon steel
●Shell and Wire mesh: 304 stainless steel and thickness 1.2-1.5mm
●It is equipped with 138pc burners
●The speed is adjustable by frequency inverter
●Energy save burners & high combustion rate
●Equip with checking windows for easy checking the fire inside oven during production
⑬Oil spray machine
● It’s for spray the edible oil on the surface of the rice cracker after baking
●Adopts centrifugal plate with evenly oil spray
●Equip with extra oil fog collection system

⑭Roller flavor machine
●It’s for spraying the different flavors powder on the surface of the rice cracker
