Product Description:

It mainly includes mixer system, depositor, natural gas copper plate baking oven, cooling tunnel, cake flipping & convey, cake sandwiching & logo print, sterilization convey, 90 degree turning machine, water chiller, packing machine.

We adopt the PLC programmed control with touch screen & simple operation, it can control the specific weight of the stuffy accurately

① Air Mixer

●It adopts aerate mixing technology which can get much puffy slurry & better taste

●PLC integrate control mixing system

●Input pressure and the mixing head over pressure automatic control continuous warning

●Automatic air volume control system continuous flow meter,to ensure that the main pump product density is remained stable under any recognition speed

② Dough depositor

●It is used to depositing the slurry into copper plate oven

●It can calculate automatically, and use the cylinder inside to adjust the distance

③Copper plate oven

●It’s for baking the pancake

●Welding of 120# channel steel for the frame

●10mm thick purple copper plate, polished, 150 in width and 1370 in length

●Heat pipe heating (natural gas). Automatic temperature control, PLC control

●The touch screen adopts a cantilever swing type

④Cooling tunnel

●It’s for cooling the pancake

●PU conveyor belt, with two cooling fans installed at the front end.
