① Air Mixer
●It adopts aerate mixing technology which can get much puffy slurry & better taste
●PLC integrate control mixing system
●Equip with simple & removable cleaning unit
●Input pressure and the mixing head over pressure automatic control continuous warning
●Touch screen control & easy to operate
●Automatic air volume control system continuous flow meter,to ensure that the main pump product density is remained stable under any recognition speed
●Frequency converter motor drive rotating stirring arm and fixed scraper in barrel.
●Inter-layer cone bottom design
●Rotor pump with fixing speed imported from Germany,including stainless steel protecting cover and adjustable support
② Dough depositor
●It is used to depositing the slurry into the empty trays
●It can calculate automatically, and use the cylinder inside to adjust the distance
●The cylinder can fall and rise, right and left
●The cylinder use bearing to move which is easy operation
●Adjustable cake weight, 15-80/each piece usually
●hopper of Principal axis is made of stainless steel

③Paper cup laying device
●It’s for putting the paper cup into the tray
●High accuracy & efficiency
●Can meet different capacity of cake production line
●Automatically put paper cups into mold without labor or boy contact

④Oil spray
●It automatically spray oil into the empty trays & preventing the cake sticking the pan
●Equip oil temperature control system
●The oil nozzle can adjust the volume of the spraying
●The total pressure and oil volume can be adjusted by the air pressure

⑤Enter oven convey
●It’s for conveying the tray into the baking oven
●Rack and housing with stainless steel ;chain, chain wheel, axis with carbon steel

⑥ Tunnel baking oven
●It is used to baking the cake
●hot air recycle no dead corner
●Adopts Riello brand baking burner
●Three different baking zones for perfect baking effect
●Each zone has one temperature detective point which can control the temperature
●we use the air damper to keep up & down temperature(when temperature high we open the damper bigger when temperature low we close the damper tighter)
●Inside the oven we adopt rock wool for thermal insulation
●The baking oven material is cold-rolled sheet, housing with baking paint
●With hot air recycle technology, stable temperature no dead corner, keep the baking color uniform
●Inside the oven equipped with moisture damper which can control the moisture percentage in the oven

● It is used for demolding the cake out from the tray
