1. There are some features such as compact conformation, good shape, cozy operation, excellent automatic and poor labor intensity.

2. We adopt air conveyor bottle-feeding technology instead of the feeding screw and convey chain. Easily change the bottle change over parts.

3. It adopts the blocking bottleneck technology to convey bottles. It does not adjust the height of equipment when the type of bottle is exchanged. According to the diameter of bottle, you could exchange corresponding nylon elements such as arc slipper guide, thumb wheel etc.

4 The caps can be auto rinsed and provided by caps-feeder.

● Automatic cap puller: With a new design of cap pulling chuck, the clamping force can be adjusted according to the bottle neck, and the caps are automatically collected. The cap pulling performance is stable and does not damage the bottle mouth.

● Fully automatic barrel brushing machine: It adopts a cylinder to grip the bottle body, with a surrounding external brush, spray washing, and cleaning, ensuring a more thorough and hygienic cleaning.

● Automatic cleaning and filling machine: Computer automatic detection, accurate bottle loading and feeding, stable lifting and insertion of the cylinder into the rinsing structure, thorough rinsing; the brand-new automatic cap feeding and sorting system ensures that there is always an appropriate amount of caps in the cap sorting bucket, without jamming.

● Steam shrink film machine: synchronous heat shrinkage, uniform shrinkage effect, safe and durable.

● Automatic bottle lifting machine: It adopts a brand-new crawler-type bucket lifting mechanism, featuring high efficiency and stable performance.

● Automatic cap washing and covering machine: It automatically cleans the bottle caps and then automatically places the cleaned caps into the main machine box

Step 2: The plastic cushion packing machine (prevent bump).

Step 3: Plastic film packaging (to prevent ventilation).

Step 4: Wooden case / frame packaging (easy to transport).

Step 5: Tie the bandage outside of the wooden case (reinforcement overall).
