Since we are professional food machinery manufacturer with many years experince of wafer roll machine, we will have a detailed introduction of this interesting product. mainly consists of batter mixer, slurry & center filled cream depositing, gas or electrical baking wheel, rolling forming device, cutting device, cooling convey belt and packing system. it can make original round shpae crispy wafer roll / stick. First part, batter mixer. This machine adopts centrifugal mixer to make sure the smooth mixing of the material. One time it can mix about 60 L material within 15-20minutes.

Second part, slurry & center filling depositor. After mixing, the batter will be feeding into the slurry holding tank and the center filled material will be poured into the cream holding tank. There are pumps under the bottom of the tank, the slurry wil be conveyed by the pump to the baking wheel. At the same time, the center filled cream will be conveyed to the empty wafer roll, the filling volume can be set on the panel.

Third part, baking wheel. Usuall baking whell is with diameter of 1.8meter, customer can choose 2meter if need bigger capacity. The big baking wheel will be heated around 170 degree, then start baking. The temperaute and the wheel speed are adjustable according to the real baking status.

Fouth part, roll forming & cutting. After baking, two rolling head will roll the dough sheet to round shape. Then convey to the cutting deive, the servo motor drvied cutting system will cut it into suitable size. Usuall the wafer roll length is between 4cm to 16cm. The rolling mold also can be changed to make 1-2cm diameter wafer roll.
Fifth part, cooling convey. The PU belt will collet the wafer roll and cooling it into situable temperature before packing.

Sixth part, packing machine. After cooling, it will go to packing machine part. Semi auto packing or automatic packing are available, it depends on customer specific requirement.
