Warm Welcome to Our Nepalese Customers for Wafer Biscuit Line Negotiations
A delegation of customers from Nepal recently visited our factory for a one day in‑depth inspection and business negotiation regarding the procurement of Wafer Roll Production Line. The visit not only strengthened mutual understanding and trust but also fully demonstrated our professional excellence in the field of high-end snack food machinery manufacturing.
The delegation team first toured our modern production workshop, which covers more than 5,000 square meters, as well as our product exhibition center. During the tour, the customers spoke highly of our modular production process, strict quality control system, and high‑standard workshop management. A particular highlight was the live demonstration in our wafer roll line commissioning area, where the entire process – from batter mixing, tunnel baking, and automatic rolling to precision cutting – was shown. The stable operation, high efficiency, and low energy consumption of the equipment earned repeated praise from the Nepalese team.

As the core focus of the visit, our technical team provided a detailed explanation of the key advantages of our Wafer Roll Production Line. The equipment is equipped with SIMENS PLC intelligent control system, enabling fully automatic operation of temperature control, baking, filling, and tray cleaning. In addition, the line features SEW German motors and SFK bearings to ensure reliable long‑term continuous operation. Taking into account the specific consumption habits of the Nepalese market, our engineers also offered customized solutions regarding mold, product size switching, and local recipe adaptation – fully demonstrating our “customized service” capability.
During the subsequent business meeting, both parties engaged in in‑depth discussions on technical parameters, installation and commissioning, after‑sales service, and payment terms. The representative of the Nepalese customers commented: “The Nepalese confectionery market has been growing rapidly in recent years, and it is expected to continue expanding at a compound annual growth rate of 4.5% by 2031. Introducing advanced automated equipment is the key to seizing market opportunities. After two days of inspection, we are deeply impressed by your professionalism in equipment R&D, manufacturing processes, and project delivery. We are very confident about our future cooperation.”
This visit from our Nepalese customers further confirms the competitiveness and brand influence of our machinery in the international market. Looking ahead, we will continue to be customer‑needs oriented and technology‑innovation driven, constantly improving product quality and service levels, and helping more overseas customers achieve automatic upgrading and commercial success in wafer roll snack production lines.
