It mainly consists of potato powder simple mixing, lift up, con mixer, auto mixer, screw convey, sheeting, potato chips forming, waste material recycle, then frying, oil filter, seasoning, cooling, packing. It can pack into both plastic bag and paper canister, which depends on clients detailed packing requirements. By adjusting the recipe or formula, it can produce different flavor and different color crispy potato chips. It’s fully automatic production line and turn key project, which can save a lots of labour and energy cost. It can make 250kg final potato chips in one hour and can run 24hours which ensure it’s big capacity to meet market target.
