1.The goal and meaning of the project

The rice biscuit has the largest percentage of the leisure food in the world. Middle-East, Asia and European countries have the largest requirement of rice biscuit require. The rice biscuit is not only in great demand for kids and adult but also a kind of food for baby. Because the rice biscuit should drying three times and one time baking. So it is puffing completely. 2.Technological process and the main equipment

Steeping →milling →extrusion →forming →the first dryer → cooling →second dryer →cooling → baking→ spray sugar and third drying →spray oil and fourth drying → packing machine

3.Process features

Steeping rice machine:

First, we put the rice into the Bucket and steeping for rating time. Second, bleaching and filtering the water. Third put the rice on to the conveyor to the milling machine. Third is to milling the rice into flour 60-100 (um).

Single machine produce capacity: 600-1000kg/8h

Steaming machine:

To put the rice flour and other ingredient into the steaming machine to mixing and steaming. Then extrude out the dough to pressing it into the shape as belt.

Single machine produce capacity: 35-50kg/time

Extrusion and forming machine:

After steaming the belt peel through the flume convey to the repetition extruding machine. Then convey to the pressing machine.

Forming:

This part is connecting with the peel pressing machine. It is used the mould to pressing in the peel then forming out the rice biscuit. There is a waste material recycle machine together with forming machine. It can decrease the waste to lowest.

First Dryer:

Convey the humid rice biscuit to the drying machine. This drying machine has many floors. It can dry the rice biscuit circulatory.

Arranging and baking:

These two parts are connecting together. The rice biscuit trough the arranging machine automatically convey to the baking machine after second drying. Through baking the rice biscuit become bigger and crispy.

Sugar spray and drying:

After baking the rice biscuit will convey to the sugar spraying machine. Then dry the rice biscuit after spray sugar.

Oil spray and drying:

To convey the rice biscuit which is already sprayed the sugar to the oil spraying parts. Then spray the oil. After spray the oil just drying. The rice biscuit was done.

4.Plant establishment requirement

This project factory takes an area of 45M（length）*8M(width)*4M(height), take 2.5t/22h as example, the daily water consumption is about 4T/hour and there should be about 8 workers (including the package). What’s more, water, electricity facilities, boiler are indispensable.

5.After-sales service guarantee

5.3. Responsible for the customer’s technicians training.

5.4. Responsible for the installation of the equipment.

5.5. Check the equipment indefinitely and overhaul the equipment according to customer’s different requirement.

6.Economic benefits analysis

Rice cracker cost are as follows:

For one day 22 hours the total cost is $2897, one day can produce 2.5T rice biscuits. The cost for one ton is $2897/2.5T=$1158.  The whole sale price in Chinese market is $3100/Ton $3147/2.5=T ost is

Profit for one ton rice biscuit: $3100-$1158=$1942

Take daily output of 2.5 tons for example: daily profit is 2.5×1942=$4855

Take 100 working days per year for example: 4855×100=485,500(USD)

From the above, you can make net profit of more than USD 485,500 one year with a set of 2.5 ton producing equipment. This is a rough cost analysis in the Chinese market, only for reference.
