I. The foundation and meaning of the project
The potato chips have the largest percentage of the leisure food in the world. Middle-East, Asia and European countries have the largest requirement of potato chips require. The potato chips are in great demand for kids and adult. Because the potato chips should fry so it is puffing completely. It is cracker and crispy. Put it in our mouth it will melt. It is with good taste and easy to digest. Nowadays, our clients are researching and development many new flavor of potato chips. It is the best popular leisure food in the world. You can find potato chips in each market around the world. One of our client Pringles is export to everywhere with large amount every month. We also have any other clients are exporting around the world now and in the near future.
II.Technological process and the main equipment
Ration raw material - Mixing system - Pressing - Forming - Recycling - Frying - Filtering oil - Spray season - Cooling - packing machine
III.Ration Raw material machine
Firstly, we collect and hosting the raw material into the budget; secondly, the machine will automatically count the rate of the raw material and ration them into the mixer.
Mixing system
This part is with mixer and disintegrator in order to adjust the proportion of the raw material .Cause the special requirements of the raw material, so our machine mixing the raw material need add cool water. Here we provide u a water supply system and cooling. After mixing the raw material then convey to the pressing machine.
Pressing machine
After mixing machine the raw material are convey to the pressing machine. The raw material will become a peel after pressing. The thin or thickness of the peel can adjustment by clients’ requirements. After pressing the peel will convey to the forming machine.
Forming machine
This part is connecting with the peel pressing machine. It is used the mould to pressing in the peel then forming out the rice biscuit. There is a waste material recycle machine together with forming machine. It can decrease the waste to lowest.
Frying machine
Frying is a very important step. Our production line can automatically control the frying time and temperature. Our line has to provide to Pringles, Qinqin, Copico, etc. These are famous brand in the world and our nation for manufacture potato chips.
Oil filter
After frying machine then convey the fried potato chips to the filtering machine. Here to filter the oil to keep the potato chips fresh, low fat and cracker.
Seasoning machine
After filter the oil the potato chips will convey to the flavor spraying machine. We will provide u the basic formula it is include the flavor. You can add flavor research by yourself.
Cooling convey
Through cooling conveyor the produce process is done then packing your products can sales in the market.
IV.Plant establishment requirement
This project takes an area of (take daily output of 6 tons equipment for example) 6t/24h. Factory space should be around 260SQM. The daily gas consumption is about 25-30 m3/h and there should be about 15 workers. What’s more, water, electricity facilities, boiler are indispensable.
V.After-sales service guarantee
5.1. Provide the workshop drawings
5.2. Provide the operation manual of the equipment ordered.
5.3. Responsible for the customer’s technicians training.
5.4. Responsible for the installation of the equipment.
5.5. Check the equipment indefinitely and overhaul the equipment according to customer’s different requirement.
5.6. Provide spares for one year free.
5.7. Provide the basic formula for manufacturer.
