In recent days, our factory's production workshop has been a hive of activity, with workers busily processing a batch of customized-ordered dorayaki machines, working tirelessly to ensure on-time delivery.
This order covers a range of dorayaki production equipment with different specifications, including multi-functional egg dorayaki machines suitable for small stores and breakfast stalls, as well as fully automatic dorayaki production lines designed to meet the large-scale production needs of food enterprises. During the processing, we introduced advanced equipment such as CNC machining centers to strictly control the tolerance range of parts, with errors controlled within millimeters," said the production manager. "At the same time, we optimized the production process, reducing the production cycle by 10% while ensuring quality, to ensure on-time delivery."

The factory's quality inspection department is involved in the entire production process, conducting layer-by-layer checks from incoming raw material inspection, semi-finished product sampling during production, to comprehensive testing of finished equipment. Currently, some small multi-functional dorayaki machines have completed processing and assembly and entered the trial operation testing stage. The dorayaki produced during trial operation are golden in color, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, with all indicators meeting customer expectations.
