Mixer: Two choices: ordinary mixer and air mixer is new mixer. Air mixer provides production equipment scope includes raw ingredients, conveying, mixing, foaming, forming, etc

Oil feeding machine: This machine to spray the oil onto the steel belt, it’s continuous oil feeding.

Extrusion machine: This machine we make extrusion with the compasses shape spiel and the speed of the extrusion we adopt variable frequency control in order to make the mixture distribute on the extrusion roller evenly. The head of the extrusion machine is installed on the head of the bakery machine, you can adjust any thickness of the mixture as you like.

Gas tunnel oven: This machine we adopt liquid gas flame tube, the upper flame we adopt far infrared radiation board,which can permeate the center of the cake conjectures, the down flame we adopt the stainless steel orifice plate which can avoid naked flame burns steel belt directly. We can adopt different burning ways according to customers’ demands, we adopt the fuel gas so far,the consumption of fuel gas per hour is 15m3,there are three areas of the temperature control, and with any adjustment from 20°--300°according to different foods, distribute temperature reasonable which can make food with the bright colored and lustrous. And the steel belt we adopt Sweden Sandvik.

Sugar dredging machine: This machine we adopts the PLC programmed control, speed of dredging the we adopt variable frequency,we dredge a little sugar on the surface in order to make the surface of cake more bright colored and lustrous.

Reticulated cooling conveying: This machine is made of stainless steel, it can control conveying speed with any adjustment and this steps prompts a acceleration of cooling of the food which just draw out from the bakery oven and this step prepares next process of cutting and rolling.

  • Cake slitting machine and cream spreading

The cream spreading which designed in PLC can control the flow quantities accurately.

  • Roll forming or layer cutting machine

This is the forming machine to make the roll shaped cakes and sandwich layer cakes.

  • Individual cake Cutting machine (Horizontal cutting)
  • UV sterilization line and Turn-over machine

III.Plant establishment requirement

This project takes an area of 250㎡ (take daily output of 6 ton/D equipment for example). The daily gas consumption is about 25 m3/h and there should be about 8-10workers. What’s more, water, electricity facilities, boiler are indispensable.
