I.Introduction of cup cake production line
The custard cake and cup cake have the largest percentage of the leisure food in the world. Middle-East, Asia and European countries have the largest requirement of cake require. The cake are in great demand for kids and adult. Because the cake should bake so it is very soft and healthy. Put it in our mouth it will melt. It is with good taste and easy to digest. Nowadays, our clients are researching and development many new flavor of cakes. It is the best popular leisure food in the world. You can find cakes in each market around the world. One of our client LINA is export to everywhere with large amount every month. We also have any other clients are exporting around the world now and in the near future.


II.Production process and main equipment
dough mixer==>oil spray==>paper dispenser==>depositor==>enter oven==>tunnel gas baking oven==>out oven convey==>vertical convey==>demolding==>empty tray convey==>center filling==>cooling & sterilization convey==>arrange & packing
Firstly, we prepare the raw material for mixing based on certain percentage; Then we put the material into the tank
Air Mixing system
This part is with mixer and disintegrator in order to adjust the proportion of the raw material .Cause the special requirements of the raw material, so our machine mixing the raw material need add cool water. Here we provide u a water supply system and cooling. After mixing the raw material then convey to the depositing machine.
Paper cup machine
This machine is used to dispense the paper cup when you make the paper cup cake .
The paper can be different .
Oil spraying machine
This machine is used to brush the oil on the molds .thus the it will be good for remolding . and the spray nozzle you can choose different type
Depositing machine
This is step is very important .at this step ,the cake weight can be controlled automatically,. Our line has to provide to Lina ,Dali Group .Orion. These are famous brand in the world and our nation for manufacture cakes.
Baking machine
After depositing then convey the cakes to the baking machine. the baking machine use the hot-air circulation to bake the cake ,thus the cake can be baked evenly and the color can be better
Demolding machine
After baking the cake will come out . then the demolding machine take the cake on the cooling conveyor from the molds .We will provide u the basic formula it is include the flavor. You can add flavor research by yourself.
Center filling machine
This machine is used to make the custard cake ,the filling material can be cream and chocolate etc.
Sterilizing and Cooling machine
Through sterilizing cooling conveyor .the cake temperature will be down and good for packing we use the UV sterilizing to keep the cake healthy .
III.Plant establishment requirement
This project takes an area of (take daily output of 6tons equipment for example) 6t/24h. Factory space should be around 2000SQM. The gas consumption is about 35kg/h and there should be about 4 workers.(not include the packing ) What’s more, water, electricity facilities, are indispensable.
