Rice cracker machine is a high-performance snack food machine designed for the production of crispy rice crackers, puffed rice flakes, rice cakes and cereal crisps. The high resistance steel structure is specially painted for oxidized resistance, and its structure is strengthened for vibration. All surfaces that contact food, are aluminum and stainless steel. Main structure is placed on elevated prop; all lines are provided against direct contact to floor.

1. Rice steeping
Material: adopt stainless steel, thickness is1.5 mm, 2 mm
The material in and out of bucket interface adopts stainless steel
Bucket and bucket inlet and outlet water connecting pipe use stainless steel tube and specification is Dg50. Dg100
Artificial put into the steeping rice, and poured out rice is manually controlled by gate valves,250kg steeping rice per bucket.
The time of steeping rice, according to local climate temperature, the quality of rice, generally for 8-10 hours.
