2. Technological process and main equipment

Firstly, we prepare the different kinds of raw material collect and put the raw material into the budget;

Mixing system: This part is with mixer in order to adjust the proportion of the raw material. After mixing the raw material then put into the holding tank.

Baking machine: After mixing the raw material are convey to the baking oven. The raw material will become a sheet after baking. And during the baking, you can add some other flavor like sesame by clients’ requirements. After baking the sheet will convey to the rolling machine.

Rolling machine: This part is used to make the sheet into the roll shape. The diameter of the rolling molds can be changed.

Center-filling machine: The machine is used to make the center-filling wafer roll.. Our line has provide to Pran, Lina, etc. These are famous brand in Bangladesh and Iran,

Cutting machine: This machine is used to cut the wafer roll into the size what you want

Cooling machine: After cutting ,the wafer roll will convey to the packing machine. We will provide u the basic formula

3. 3. Plant Requirement

This project takes an area of (take daily output of 1 tons equipment for example) 1t/24h. Factory space should be around 50SQM. The gas consumption is about 5kg/h and there should be about 4 workers. (Include the packing)What’s more, water, electricity facilities, are indispensable.
