Currently in progress at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, this batch of machinery is being customized for an international partner looking to scale their confectionery output.

The Turkish delegation, led by Conqueror/Director was welcomed by PY Tony/Manager and the production team. The tour began with a comprehensive presentation of the company’s history, quality control policies, and global export portfolio before moving onto the product workshop.

During the factory tour, the visitors meticulously inspected the entire wafer roll and biscuit, cake, potato chips production line. They were particularly impressed by the scale of the manufacturing facility and the integration of advanced, high-precision machinery. The delegation observed the automated assembly lines and the rigorous quality assurance protocols at every stage of production.

A biscuit production line is an automated food machinery system used for biscuit processing. It primarily consists of a mixer, dough sheet, forming machine, tunnel-type gas or electric oven, oil sprayer, turning conveyor, cooling conveyor, biscuit aligning machine, biscuit sandwiching machine, packaging table, packaging machine, and other equipment. Utilizing modular control and back-mounted motor drive technology, this line achieves fully automated operation from feeding, triple-stage dough sheeting, forming, baking, oil spraying, cooling, to packaging. It produces a variety of biscuit types requiring different processes, including hard dough biscuits, short dough biscuits, soda crackers, and sandwich biscuits. Core equipment includes a double-layer multi-stage dough sheeting device, a precision mold forming system, and modular heating ovens.
