- The caps can be auto rinsed and provided by caps-feeder.
With a new design of cap pulling chuck, the clamping force can be adjusted according to the bottle neck, and the caps are automatically collected. The cap pulling performance is stable and does not damage the bottle mouth.
It adopts a cylinder to grip the bottle body, with a surrounding external brush, spray washing, and cleaning, ensuring a more thorough and hygienic cleaning.
Computer automatic detection, accurate bottle loading and feeding, stable lifting and insertion of the cylinder into the rinsing structure, thorough rinsing; the brand-new automatic cap feeding and sorting system ensures that there is always an appropriate amount of caps in the cap sorting bucket, without jamming.
