Wafer Roll/Stick Machine Detailed Introduction

Main parts
- 1. Mixer: It adopts blade stirring to ensure short mixing time and evenly mixing effect.
- 2. Ball mill: It's for milling the center fillings to get better liquidity, smooth & uniform texture, and good taste.
- 3. Slurry feeding & center filling machine: It's equipped with tanks to hold the slurry and center fillings, then deposit the mixed flour slurry on the baking oven wheel and fill the cream, chocolate, or jam.
- 4. Baking oven: Baking & rolling the wafer sheet into round shape and cutting according to the required size.
- 5. Color box: It's for coloring the wafer roll.
- 6. Cooling convey: It's for collecting & cooling the finished products.

Yes, the wafer roll size and shape are fully adjustable. By using additional components like the Flat Machine or the Mini Pillow Shape Machine, you can easily change the round wafer roll into flat or mini pillow shapes.
What types of heating options are available for the baking oven?
The baking oven system supports both natural gas heating and electric heating. The gas-powered system adopts an automatic ignition technique and automatic safety shut-down alarm system for maximum efficiency and safety.
Does the machine support double-color and center-filled wafer rolls?
Yes, the machine is designed to make double-color wafer rolls and can produce partially or fully center-filled rolls with cream, chocolate, jam, or other fillings using the slurry feeding & center filling machine.
What is the production capacity of the wafer roll machine?
The standard output capacity is 50kg/h for wafer rolls without filling, and up to 100kg/h for wafer rolls with center filling, applicable to both gas and electric heating models.
