Main Parts

1Mixer: It adopts blade stirring to ensure short mixing time and evenly mixing effect.
2Ball mill: It's for milling the center fillings to get better liquidity, smooth, uniform and good taste.
3Slurry feeding & center filling machine: It's equipped with tanks to hold the slurry and center fillings, then deposit the mixed flour slurry on the baking oven wheel and filling the cream or chocolate or jam.
4Baking oven: Baking & rolling the wafer sheet into round shape and cutting according to the required size.
5Color box: It's for coloring the wafer roll.
6Cooling convey: It's for collecting & cooling the finished products.

The wafer roll size and shape are fully adjustable. By integrating different forming components, you can easily switch production between traditional round wafer rolls, flat wafer rolls, and mini pillow-shaped wafer rolls.

We offer both natural gas heating and electric heating configurations. The natural gas option consumes 8-9m³/h (or LPG 5kg/h) and features an automatic ignition system, while the electric option runs on a 40kw heating system.
