Automatic Dorayaki Cake / Pancake Production Line
The whole production line is controlled by computer programming and this automatic pancake production line mainly consists of deposit slurry, baking and forming, accurate center filling, turning over, cooling and arranging. Each link is automatic processing & automatic control production with high automation level, production efficiency has been improved a lot. It can produce good quality pancake & Dorayaki cake with nice taste which are very popular for both children & adults among the worldwide.
It mainly includes mixer system, depositor, natural gas copper plate baking oven, cooling tunnel, cake flipping & convey, cake sandwiching & logo print, sterilization convey, 90 degree turning machine, water chiller, packing machine.
We adopt the PLC programmed control with touch screen & simple operation, it can control the specific weight of the stuffy accurately:

Machine Components Detail
① Air Mixer
- It adopts aerate mixing technology which can get much puffy slurry & better taste.
- PLC integrate control mixing system.
- Equip with simple & removable cleaning unit.
- Input pressure and the mixing head over pressure automatic control continuous warning.
- Touch screen control & easy to operate.
- Automatic air volume control system continuous flow meter, to ensure that the main pump product density is remained stable under any recognition speed.
- Frequency converter motor drive rotating stirring arm and fixed scraper in barrel.
- Inter-layer cone bottom design.
- Rotor pump with fixing speed imported from Germany, including stainless steel protecting cover and adjustable support.
② Dough depositor
- It is used to depositing the slurry into copper plate oven.
- It can calculate automatically, and use the cylinder inside to adjust the distance.
- The cylinder can fall and rise, right and left.
- The cylinder use bearing to move which is easy operation.
- Adjustable cake weight, 15-80/each piece usually.
- hopper of Principal axis is made of stainless steel.
③ Copper plate oven
- It’s for baking the pancake.
- Welding of 120# channel steel for the frame.
- 150mm pitch large ball carbon steel chain.
- 10mm thick purple copper plate, polished, 150 in width and 1370 in length.
- Heat pipe heating (natural gas). Automatic temperature control, PLC control.
- The touch screen adopts a cantilever swing type.
④ Cooling tunnel
- It’s for cooling the pancake.
- The frame is welded with stainless steel.
- PU conveyor belt, with two cooling fans installed at the front end.
- Equipped with a 5-horsepower compressor.
- The temperature can be adjusted from 5 to 15 degrees.
⑤ Cake flip convey
- It’s for flip the cake & transfer into belt convey.
- The frame is welded with stainless steel.
- Food grade stainless steel.
- It is equipped with an alcohol cleaning device.
⑥ Sandwich & logo print
- It is used to sandwich the cake with cream or chocolate & print the logo on the surface of the pancake.
- Welding of square tubes for the frame.
- A drum-type interception and sorting device is installed at the front end.
- Needle cylinder type core injection machine, cylinder interception and finishing.
- It is equipped with a branding device and features automatic temperature control.
- It is equipped with an independent edge-pressing device for the combined cake.
⑦ Sterilization convey
- It’s for conveying & sterilization of the pancake.
- Adopt food grade belt.

⑧ 90 degree turning machine
- It is applied for changing the convey direction.
- Food-grade plastic mesh belt.
- The front section is installed with a PU slow-speed conveyor belt.
⑨ Water chiller
- It is for cooling the cake.
- 3-horsepower chiller.
- The head of the water pump is 19 meters.
- Temperature control: 5-30 degrees.
- It has an overflow pipe.
